simple navigation and nice idea with the thumbnails in black and white that turn in to colour when selected.
same style layout with placement of logo and page links aligned to the left hand side of the page.
i also like the idea of showing a p[icture of her workspace on her about her picture, it makes it personal as a designer and interesting, i may add these concepts to my website design.
