top up year-which place to go to?

ive been given a conditional offer straight away in matter of 1.5 hours after my creative practice interview with the conditonal being the same as sunderland-to pass the course.

final decision for my year 3 top up after weighing the pros and cons
ive decided to go to newcastle college and do the creative practice as:-

NEWCASTLE COLLEGE-CREATIVE PRACTICE

• COST 1 YEAR=£5,000
• TRAVEL EXPENSES- would stay the same at £53.50 per month
• own project-everything is self directed, 6,000 word dissertation to talk about after the design is done- split in credits-

• project propsal 15 credits 3000 words, 
• project planning 15 credits research 3000 words,
• development portfolio annotated 30 credits
• realisation portfolio annotated 30 credits
• dissertation 7000-10,000 30 credits
• this working the same way as i have been in design, as setting the brief-research the brief-ideas and development of the brief-final out outcome and evaluation of the brief

SUNDERLAND UNIVERSITY

• COST 1 YEAR=£7,800
• TRAVEL EXPENSES- would increase to £64 per month-£10.50 more
• 8,000 word dissertation with briefs set for you to choose from- 2 briefs then write about in dessertation
• mac compters-free to utilise other equipment-same as newcastle

thats £2,800 more than newcastle and £84 more a year for travel.

so im saving my self roughly 3 grand for the year for a course that offers similar things in equipment and in the course material but set out diffrent as newcastle colle has more freedom of choice for the brief.
